She has worked across advertising agencies, government departments, and corporate organisations, bringing a broad and informed perspective to brand, stakeholder, and reputation management. This diverse experience – spanning Australia and the Pacific – enables El to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver communications strategies that resonate across sectors.
