A significant factor in our success is our in-house engineering capability. Our team of more than 150 engineers and methodology experts, based in Brisbane, Brussels and Dubai, interrogate each project from the earliest design phase; addressing buildability issues, validating or proposing mitigation measures to prevent problems during construction, and managing whole of life considerations.
This provides certainty for our clients on quality, time and cost through the Stage 1 design phase, culminating in the Guaranteed Construction Sum and Stage 2 construction, commissioning and the handover, ultimately maximising value and de-risking the project.
We also leverage experience and lessons learned over many decades and across diverse sectors locally and internationally transferring important knowledge and innovations across our project teams.
This allows the team to be lean and agile. Senior managers are hands-on and accessible, meaning decisions are made quickly and cost savings realised.
