An engineering-led design

Located on the corner of St Pauls Terrace and Constance Street in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, Jubilee Place rises above the historic Jubilee Hotel. Featuring a distinctive diagrid steel structure weaving through the building from the ground up to the building's highest point, the strong yet lightweight exoskeleton diverts the weight to the building's extremities and protects the Clem 7 tunnel only 11 metres below.
