#Overview
Carpe Diem was France's first skyscraper to earn LEED Platinum certification. Renowned for its atypical architecture, this iconic Paris building has come to be known as the “diamond-head tower” due to its diamond point façade. The project was designed around specific ecological, aesthetic and practical characteristics. Apart from 29 floors of prime office space it features a bustling commercial setting and accommodates more than 3,000 people. The building boasts striking ‘deco’ floors including a winter garden with suspended woven cocoons, a second floor entrance hall with a 15-metre ceiling and zinc and glass-clad walls, and an auditorium showcasing unique ceiling architecture and an elaborately themed restaurant.
