Unique Brisbane retail experience

Acting as an 'opening statement' to the Queen Street Mall entrance via Edward Street, the delivery of the Queens Plaza Retail Centre was the sequel to BESIX Watpac's redevelopment of the Mall as well as construction of the MacArthur Central Retail Centre. With five retail levels, over 80 speciality stores and four levels of car parking capable of housing 600 cars, the plaza is a retail centre of international class. The project was delivered in two stages in challenging geographical circumstances, located in the centre of a high use pedestrian and vehicle thoroughfare. Major components of the works had to be carefully sequenced to minimise the impact of construction on daily life and to cater for heritage-listed features.
