This prestigious 32-level commercial office tower has been accredited with 5 Star Green Star—Office Design v2 and As Built ratings. It incorporates high-efficiency water features with estimated water savings of around 20 mega litres a year (compared with typical office buildings). Environmental innovation throughout construction included minimising material waste as well as recycling demolished materials on site. The building also features optimised lighting and energy management systems to improve the energy efficiency of the tower and reduce operating costs. The tower is equally as stylish as it is sustainable, featuring a high-quality façade and finishes in addition to large floor plates. This impressive feat of engineering excellence was completed two and a half months ahead of schedule.
