Residents come home to nature at Natura
BESIX Watpac has completed another high-end residential project in Sydney, NSW.

Natura, built for Romeciti in Macquarie Park, blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature reserve of the adjacent Shrimpton Creek and is just 13km from the Sydney CBD.
Realising the developer’s vision for a ‘Green Life’ this project focuses on its natural environment, by integrating with the adjacent green reserve, incorporating landscaped terraces and including sustainability features such as a large roof mounted solar array, rainwater tanks, LED lighting and sustainable hydraulic fixtures.

The Natura build included the construction of 334 standard apartments and 10 two-storey penthouses across two towers, connected by a three-storey communal facility with mediation spaces, barbecue areas, function rooms, gyms and an elevated swimming pool and spa. BESIX Watpac also managed the full fit-out of these spacious apartments which include modern kitchens fitted with premium Gaggenau kitchen appliances and marble surfaces and smart door locks.
Natura was designed by an award-winning team of architects, landscape architects and interior designers including Architectus, Elenberg Fraser and ASPECT Studios.
It joins the rank of award winning and spectacular residential projects developed by BESIX Watpac in Sydney including One Central Park, York & George and Ryde Garden.
