Celebrating International Women’s Day 2026

Last week our teams embraced a day of inspiration, learning and connection as we commemorated International Women’s Day. Each of our regions got involved, with celebrations designed to highlight women’s achievements and continue our commitment to building an inclusive, equitable workplace.
Our Queensland, Victorian and South Australian teams took part in a Lean In workshop facilitated by Be Challenged, diving into empathy, accountability and practical skills for stronger teamwork.
Meanwhile, in New South Wales, international speaker Alison Shamir led a powerful masterclass tailored for women in construction, tackling imposter syndrome, fear and self-doubt. Wrapping up with a networking and Q&A session, the workshop was designed to empower women to present and perform as their most confident and authentic selves.
In New Zealand, our team came together for a morning tea to celebrate one another and acknowledge the significance of the day. It was a valuable opportunity to connect as a team, strengthen relationships, and continue building the supportive culture that defines who we are.
Together, these celebrations reinforced our ongoing commitment to empowering women across our business and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
