Key Woolworths distribution centre in South East QLD

The Woolworths Brisbane Regional Distribution Centre is a massive industrial facility, comprising 72,000 square metres of ambient and refrigerated warehousing and almost 170,000 square metres of roads, parking areas and landscaping, as well as supporting buildings and services. The project was completed in three separable portions, all with very challenging completion dates. Our project team implemented an ambitious construction sequence that allowed separate ambient and refrigerated zones to be constructed concurrently. This contributed to the project being completed six months ahead of schedule.
