Blazing a trail for industrial construction in South East QLD

One of the largest industrial facilities constructed in South East Queensland at the time, we undertook the preliminary design concept, as well as evaluating, adjusting and completing the design, and then built the project within a very tight construction period. A number of facilities were delivered totalling more than 72,000 square metres of buildings along with a combined 91,000 square metres of landscaping and external hardstand. Our fast-tracked design methodology allowed construction work to run concurrently and enabled us to improve outcomes for the client without increasing costs. The project achieved practical completion five months ahead of the adjusted scheduled date.
