Sophisticated, state-of-the-art medical care in Springfield

The Mater Private Hospital Springfield has answered the growing community need for health care in Greater Springfield, Australia's largest master planned community and the country's fastest growing urban area. Located at Springfield Central within a 52-hectare health and wellness precinct dubbed 'Health City', this was the first local hospital for the catchment area. Stage one of this development involved the construction of the 10,000 square metre hospital, including 64 bed inpatient units, four cutting edge operating theatres, and cancer care and central sterile services department, across the six storeys of the building. Extensive collaboration allowed this project to be completed two months ahead of schedule.
