The design and construction of this six-storey private hospital development in Eastwood, Adelaide includes a six-theatre perioperative floor, a 51-bed ward, a multi-level car park, a café and retail area, as well as integrated radiology, pathology and allied health services. Completed in 2025 and targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating, the project is a critical step towards enhancing healthcare services for the people of South Australia.

BESIX Watpac engaged with the client and stakeholder group through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to achieve significant cost and program savings while meeting the developer's brief for clinical and patient spaces.
Community Engagement Supporting Starlight Children’s Foundation
The BESIX Watpac project team collaborated with tower crane services provider, Load 28, to name the Potain MC310 12-ton Tower Crane in operation on-site. Children under the care of the Starlight Children’s Foundation engaged in the creative process of colouring a picture depicting the tower crane and assigning it a name. Cranky the Crane' became the proud mascot of the Eastwood Private Hospital project.
