Sydney's first high-rise school

We proudly delivered two new schools in the heart of Parramatta including the Arthur Phillip High School, the state's first high-rise school, and the Parramatta Public School. This project was one of the first designed and delivered future-focused schools, an initiative of the New South Wales Government to create teaching environments with highly flexible spaces that break away from the traditional classroom model. Technology rich learning spaces serve multiple learning contexts and class sizes, promoting collaboration and personalised learning. The high school now accommodates up to 2,000 students with the new multi-storey primary school built for 1,000 students. Our scope of works spanned design and construction along with refurbishment of heritage buildings, landscaping and provision of sports fields.
