Julieanne Alroe

Julieanne is a professional director, chair and senior executive with more than 35 years of experience. Appointed to the BESIX Watpac Board of Directors in February 2020, Julieanne's experience includes current Chair of Infrastructure Australia and Queensland Ballet, and the University of Queensland’s Senate and the Campus Infrastructure Sub-Committee. Previous directorships include Chair of ERM Power Ltd, Airports Coordination Australia and Australia Trade Coast, and Deputy Chair of Tourism and Events Queensland. Julieanne was Chief Executive Officer of Brisbane Airport Corporation from 2009 to 2018 and held various senior executive positions at Sydney Airport Corporation from 1981 to 2008. An economics graduate from the University of Queensland, Julieanne also has a doctorate (honoris causa) from Griffith University, is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
