Modern retirement living

Residents at the Holy Spirit Care retirement living community are provided with modern amenities and a range of accommodation options. We delivered three low-rise towers (two 7–storey and one 3–storey) which contain 128 one, two and three-bedroom independent living units plus a 10-bed high-care facility. A gymnasium and a 15-metre pool offer several options for residents to stay active and socialise.
