Located in Brisbane’s upmarket waterfront community Hamilton Reach, the development features an 11-storey tower offering 155 luxury apartments in one, two and three-bedroom configurations and three penthouses. The new precinct features internal and external seating that have been constructed from recycled wharf timber, as well as standing totems that reflect the historical waterline of the Brisbane River. Landscaped walkways, a 20-metre lap pool with Olympic edge, barbecue entertainment area, gymnasium and a communal indoor dining room were also delivered as part of the project.
