Watpac adds award winning health infrastructure to its NSW portfolio

The $70 million Forensic Medicine and Coroners Court facility, delivered by Watpac for Health Infrastructure NSW, was named Best Health Building in the $50–$100 million category at the 2019 Master Builders Association NSW Excellence in Construction Awards.
Project Manager, Michael Kilcar, was joined by fellow members of the Watpac project team, as well as representatives from Health Infrastructure, to proudly accept the award.
The NSW Forensic Medicine and Coroners Court is a three-storey facility accommodating three separate government agencies and provides identification and waiting rooms, counselling rooms, mortuary facilities, court registry, administration rooms and Coroner's suites and courtroom.
This achievement takes Watpac’s 2019 New South Wales tally to eleven individual and project honours from Master Builders Association, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Institute of Building.
