Partnerships in focus as Queensland’s construction pipeline builds

BESIX Watpac recently welcomed valued subcontractors and suppliers to its Queensland Project Partner Event, bringing together industry partners who play a critical part in delivering projects across the state.

There has never been a more exciting time to be working in construction in Queensland. As the state prepares for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and continues to invest across health, defence, aviation, industrial, commercial and social infrastructure, the industry has a significant opportunity to help shape Queensland’s future.

Guests heard from BESIX Watpac leaders including CEO Mark Baker, General Manager Qld, NT & NZ Wade Cummins, and Queensland Manager Adam Jasczyk, who shared insights into the business’ national construction outlook, current project activity and the opportunities shaping Queensland’s construction market.
