Kicking Off Our 2026 Graduate Program
It was fantastic to welcome our 2026 graduates as they embark on their two-year journey in BESIX Watpac’s Graduate and Early Career Development Program. This flagship program has a strong reputation for building technical capability through meaningful, real‑world experiences.

The graduates had an action-packed first day with development activities, specialist presentations, and a Q&A session with our General Managers. A highlight of the day was a site visit, which provided them with first-hand insights into the delivery of complex construction projects.
We're excited to follow the journey of this talented cohort and look forward to the impact they’ll make throughout the program and in their future careers at BESIX Watpac.
