The Poly Centre, a 25-story commercial tower at 210 George Street, was designed by Grimshaw Architects and delivered by BESIX Watpac.

Peter Furlong, BESIX Watpac NSW General Manager, said 210 George St is an award-winning building in the heart of Sydney’s Circular Quay precinct which provides an ideal new home for the NSW team.

“The delivery and success of this project perfectly aligns with our core strengths in providing complex engineering solutions along with purpose-driven design outcomes.

“This relocation marks a significant milestone in the company's journey, coinciding with our 40th year of operations in Australia.

“Our move is a testament to BESIX Watpac's ongoing commitment to growth and sustainability in NSW and the wider Australian market.”

The project continues to receive acclaim for its architectural excellence and unwavering commitment to sustainable design principles.

The result is an impressive 17,000 square meters of combined commercial and retail space designed to enhance the experiences of both employees and the public.

210 George Street is a PCA Grade A building with clear floor plates making it pivotal in the ongoing transformation of Sydney's Circular Quay precinct.
